I called them at 8am Monday and they had a Technician at our house around 10am. Technician quickly diagnosed problem and fixed promptly. We were very grateful for Seward’s quick response, especially in this 90 degree weather and would highly recommend them.

5 Star Review for : Service, Price, Timeliness, Technician. We called Seward’s this morning and told them about the issue that had popped up with our ac. Their office told us that there was a tech in the area and he was already on calls but he could be there around noon to see what the issue was. Long story short, he arrived and was very courteous, asked us the issue. He checked the ac capacitor and happened to have one on his truck. Replaced it, cleaned the coils from inside out for us and was done. Like I said he was very courteous and professional. We will be using Seward’s for the foreseeable future for all our heating, cooling and plumbing needs.

We had a leaky pipe under the kitchen sink. All pipes under the sink were replaced. Called their office and they said that they had a full schedule on Friday, but they squeezed us in so we wouldn’t have to deal with the leaking all weekend. Service man assessed the problem and let me know what needed to be done. He even informed me of what might need to be done in the future.

Very impressed! I was referred to this company by a friend. Barb was very helpful on the phone and scheduled my appointment. I received a call ahead to let me know Brad was on his way. He introduced himself and went right to work in replacing my tub drain. When he finished the job he cleaned up EVERYTHING!! We discussed a few other concerns I had but he did not ''pressure sell'' as some do. I will be having them back to service my AC this summer.

Had 2 toilets that were not flushing correctly. Their office called to confirm that they would be here in an hour and they were on time. They had the parts with them and both toilets were repaired in less than an hour. They showed me the parts they replaced, cleaned up and left. Friendly, yet professional. Overall, I find these men to be very proficient in what they do. The office staff always calls to make sure you are home on the day of your appointment. They arrive promptly and get the job done.

They arrived when they said they would. The work was done very efficiently and actually turned out less expensive than the estimate.

These guys are awesome! I just bought a house and 2 weeks later the central air stops working. I thought I was going to have to spend hundreds if not thousands to get it fixed... It was 8pm when I noticed it had stopped working and wouldn't turn on. I knew the heating and cooling companies around town would be closed so I called a few and left messages. Seward called me at 8:05am the next day and came out to look at it. It ended up just being a blown fuse and didn't cost a lot to fix! They even serviced the AC unit for free! None of the other guys even returned my call. I highly recommend Seward! They were very professional and did a great job- thanks guys!

Pre-summer check of all of our roof air conditioning units, cleaned, changed filters and made ready for summer. They have always been prompt and on schedule. We are using them exclusively for all plumbing, heating and HVAC work at the plant here. They know what they are doing and do all work to local codes.
